ADDICTED TO LOVE...JUST LIKE KAMEL LAHMADI

Sometimes we find out more about ourselves in others...even if it was a stranger. When you come across someone's work and you think you may have connected with that someone just by seeing things the way they see it, doesn't it feel like a breath of fresh air? Isn't that what blogging is all about anyway? So true. Yes, it is.

If you don't already know him, meet Kamel Lahmadi, the founder Style and the city. A french man who quit his day job to pursue his dream as a street style photographer. When he first started, he had no clue how to use a DSLR camera but today he is the master of his own art. I came across Kamel's work one faithful day while i was browsing through instagram photos. Sure everyone can take amazing photos these days but it was the captions on his photos that got my attention. Besides the fact that he has a keen eye for street style, fashion and takes some very down to earth photos that will tickle you pink, i can tell from the way he writes that he is funny, friendly, kind and loves Love. So do i.

I people watch a lot and within a second i can make out a story on watching strangers but the most beautiful is lurking on lovers. Hahaha. No, I'm not a creep. Even when you don't want to stare and creep them out, it is hard not to smile, squint, drop your head slightly to the left and allow your heart do the rest. Yes, it feels that way and it feels great. Because watching people in love reminds you of what you already have and shouldn't be taken for granted or what you hope to have.... someday too. Love is what brings us all together and finding time to fall in love is just the coolest thing ever.

He was kind enough to grant me the opportunity to share some of his favorite moments in Paris and New York on what i call "Street Style Instalove Bunnies." Enjoy!
