Why didn't i just buy my size? They didn't have my size and even though it is just a pretty basic bright yellow tank top anyway, i thought of ways to get the basic out of it. The hot days are getting hotter and my desire for lighter clothes are getting bigger. As a great believer of maximizing my wardrobe this four looks were inspired.
LOOK #1: YELLOW ON YELLOW
This first look will brighten anybody's day in a heartbeat. It is hard to go unnoticed with this "sunny side up" kinda look but pairing matching colors together is one of my favorite ways to bring out the beauty of a piece(s). The skinny pants are so chic and are just as much of a wardrobe staple as the tank top because they make any outfit look so effortless.
SKINNY PANTS: Hollister
LOOK #2: COLOR BLOCKING
Mastering the color blocking technique can be fun but it really doesn't require any sort of expertise knowledge. Putting together colors that just seem to get along or harmonize so well is the beauty of this look. Just another day out for a walk by the lake on a hot summer day calls for a laid back yet pretty sweet look. Apparently yellow seems to be a versatile color.
LOOK #3: A MIDI AFFAIR
A midi skirt is an instant dressy affair i happen to love so much. It is so elegant and graceful on any body type -shape, size and height. This is such an easy way to dress up the tank top while enjoying an evening out.
LOOK #4 : VINTAGE TOUCH
My love for vintage pieces has no boundaries. I thought why not layer it with a very light vintage outer wear, especially a very colorful one like this. Giving it some playful yet down to earth look.
Hope you enjoyed all the four very different looks which i believe are unique in their own way. Do you have a favorite?
