Can living in a totally new place, new environment, new lifestyle start to slowly influence a person's sense of style without even knowing it? From the look of this outfit, i think it is borderline Wild Wild West kinda look. There is totally nothing wrong with a mountain cowgirl outfit. I am just not sure how it happened but it did and it was perfect for a road trip to Banff on Monday morning. I was in such a rush that i just grabbed the first pair of jeans i saw and the closest shirt. I just didn't have time to think about it. I guess when in doubt, grab a denim.

But first, we had to stop and have breakfast. Where? You ask? Of all the many places we could have gone to, William thought it would be hard to beat the breakfast food in any restaurant located in a place called: Dead Man's Flats. I guess it's all part of the adventure.
We found a little diner where we ate and sure the food was dead okay. Although, it wasn't anything too fancy but I love the idea of discovering new restaurants, especially "hole in the wall" type places.
Excuse my disheveled self in these photos here on or anything else that happened during and after breakfast. It was the caffeine kicking in.

We stopped to see the iconic Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel. A 125 year old luxury hotel often called the majestic,  "Castle In The Rockies". It was just amazing.
Alberta is known for its natural hot springs so we stopped to check out the Upper Hot Springs in Banff which was up in the mountains. Just being able to have a swim outside when the temperature is below freezing with snow and a breathtaking view all around you is awesome.
It is always a great view anywhere you go in Banff. It was a good day and i had fun discovering more of Alberta.

Thank you all for reading. Hope you enjoyed knowing a little bit about my day in Banff like i did. Now your comments.
